These are all steel, with no cast pattern on the handle grip area. These are marked "PALMER PA. U.S.A." on one side. They are in very good condition, with a good pivot joint, straight, not bent up, cutter area sharp, basically like new. We note a few scratches near the maker's mark, won't effect use. These pliers are basically the same size and shape as the Channellock No. 436 cutters, and appear to be the same quality.
