View Larger Image   Antique Horse Dentist Tooth Float   Description: This is a quality made rasp like file that was most likely used for horse teeth. Sometime also called a float. Others argue that this tool was used in horse tooth care. ? This one has an nice turning on the handle, nice looking, and is solid, but has a minor split near the brass furrule, solid still because of the ferrule. The handle alone is 6.5" long, and the overall length of the rasp from end to end is 18.5". The iron is clean, no rust, and just a few tiny pitts noted.
