California Residents: Every firearm owner in California should be aware of the new California law AB1263 which severely restricts the rights of Californians to purchase gun parts and accessories online. This is not just related to \"assault weapons\" parts, it covers ALL gun related parts and accessories.
As a retailer we have been given onerous restrictions/requirements regarding the sales of our products to Californians. This will require forms to be filled out and ID\'s to be verified prior to SHIPPING any firearms related parts into the State. Bull Creek Arms takes this infringement VERY seriously. We are currently working out the best way we can do this and stay compliant with California law. As such, until further notice, we WILL NOT be making shipments to California. Please check back in a few weeks and we\'ll keep you posted of any changes.
