WWI AUSTRIAN / TURKISH MAUSER M1935 BAYONET with Scabbard

These started off as M95 Austrian-Hungary bayonets for the Mannlicher rifle. After WWI, Turkey acquired a number of them and modified them to fit their 8mm Mauser rifles.
The blades were shortened to 9.5\", new crossguard with Mauser-compatible muzzle ring and wooden scales were fitted.
Single edge carbon steel blade, marked at the ricasso with the double-headed eagle, signifying the Austrian Imperial Empire. The other side shows \"OE\" over \"WG\" - Osterreichische Waffenfabriks-Gesellschaft of Steyr, Austria.
In very good condition, considering its age: Blade is clean and has no cracks, nicks, spalls, etc. All rivets and pins are tight, the lock button operates smoothly, the scales a bit of wear from use - typical for nearly 100-year-old wood. Some very minor pitting here and there. The scabbard is in similar condition - structurally intact, none of the original black paint covering remains, except for a few traces here and there.
