Up for sale is a beautiful, virtually pristine 6-piece vintage steak knife set manufactured by Crown Awards. This mid-century set features ornate, cream-colored faux-ivory handles accented with intricate silver floral filigree/inlays. The set comes complete in its original black presentation box featuring the classic gold-embossed "Gold Medaille Düsseldorf" and "Grand Prix Bruxelles" award stamps.
Condition Details:
• Knives: Unused / New Old Stock condition. The stainless steel blades are bright, clean, and free of use wear. The micro-serrated edges are perfectly intact. The cream handles are excellent, and the delicate silver filigree work remains beautifully detailed and flush without lifting or peeling.
• Box: In fair/vintage condition. The interior molded tray holds the knives securely. The exterior shows typical shelf and edge wear, scuffing, and minor structural aging from storage over the decades (please review photos for exact condition).
