Beautiful vintage mid-century modern decorative wall clock styled to look like an oversized antique pocket watch, manufactured by Henri Lagin, Fils et Cie. This is the scarcer, authentic factory open-face electric variant featuring a stunning fluted, frosted glass dial with crisp black Roman numerals.
Condition & Functionality:
• Fully Operational: Tested and working smoothly. The internal Lanshire Type SS-2 motor is self-starting—simply plug it into a standard wall outlet, and it begins running automatically. Keeps accurate time.
• Cosmetic Condition: The frosted glass dial face is in excellent structural condition with no cracks or chips. The original black hands are fully intact. The brass-toned metal housing shows a natural vintage patina and minor surface wear consistent with age, giving it fantastic authentic mid-century character.
• Design Note: This specific electric model features the factory open-face design with no front hinge tabs or outer glass bezel, exposing the elegant textured dial and hands directly.
