Vintage Taxco Sterling Silver & Copper Jigger Lot (20) w/ Rarities Ana Brilanti For Sale

A few years ago I culled my collection of these and sold a lot of 18. I still believe that I hold the largest collection of these especially with regards to variations. Now it is someone else’s chance to take that on. I will be offering two large lots of these with very few duplicates in each lot.20 different jiggers made with copper and featuring Mexican silver figures and interiors. The vast majority are by Ana Nunez Brilanti and all of them are hand crafted. There is also a set of 4 Sterling featuring Donkeys that are not by Ana.You will see these varied in design with regards to spouts, sizes, handles and even the number of figures.Even with similar designs, each of these is a unique piece with nuances because they were hand made.
It is estimated that there is anywhere from 194 (~104g is in solid sterling ones) to 264 grams of sterling in this set depending on the figure(s). I believe this is actually low and AI estimated based on a single figure (I weighed the single solid ones). Certainly more towards the higher end and that brings even the melt value very close to the total price for these great jiggers.
I will not break this set up.I have not polished these lately but the clean up very nicely when I do so. I use Wright\'s silver & copper polishes for an easy job.
All applied decorations are Sterling Silver. It is estimated that each piece (that isn\'t solid sterling*) contains 5-10g of Sterling.
