CONDITION
Pre-owned. The pen assembles correctly and retains a glossy finish. The included Sheaffer rollerball refill was tested and does not write. It may be dry or depleted; the pen has not been tested with a fresh refill, so working condition is not guaranteed.
The presentation case shows cracking of the red exterior covering, small chips, scuffs, and edge wear. The cream interior lining and padded insert have slight marks and discoloration. Please examine the photographs for cosmetic condition.
PLEASE NOTE THE BOX LABEL
The case is labeled “Jade Green Fountain Pen X-Fine,” code 874-0. The pen being sold is fitted with a rollerball grip section and rollerball refill that is dried out. Its history is unknown, so I cannot confirm whether the box was substituted or the pen’s writing section was changed. The box’s “X-Fine” designation does not describe the included rollerball refill. No fountain-pen nib or fountain-pen writing section is included.
