Rare 1910s Julius Fecht\'s \"Universal\" litho hinged 50 cigar tin in fair cond For Sale

This rare 1910s Julius Fecht\'s \"Universal\" litho hinged 50 cigar tin, measuring 5\" x 7 3/4\" x 2\", is in fair condition with no rust, some small dents and some age related paint scratches and chips. The hinges are in good working order though one has lost some of its solder. There is a nearly complete tax stamp. The cigars were manufactured by the Julius Fecht Cigar Company, Ottumwa, IO in Factory 20, 4th, District, IO. This very attractive bright green tin features advertising for the company\'s \"Universal \" brand. The company owned plantations in the Caribbean and grew the tobacco used to produce its cigars.
