**This signed document is signed by Major General Leonard Wood and Major General Henry T. AllenNOT President Coolidge. Document measures approx 12\"x15.5\". This document was an appointment of US Navy Surgeon Montgomery E. Higgins to the role of Aide to the Grand Marshal of President Woodrow Wilson\'s Inauguration in 1913. Leonard Wood went to to have an Army Installation named after him for his history, service and accomplishments in the US Army. He was also the recipient of the Medal of Honor (MOH).
