Pre-Columbian Aztec carved serpentine stone pectoral pendant depicting a stylized Sun God, attributed to ca. 1320–1550 AD.
This circular pectoral is carved from serpentine stone and features solar-inspired iconography arranged within a compact medallion form. Its substantial 3-inch diameter gives the piece a strong visual presence and makes it suitable for description as a pectoral rather than simply a small pendant.

In Aztec religious tradition, solar imagery held major ceremonial importance. When identifying a specific deity such as Tonatiuh, however, I would only use that name if the iconographic attributes on this particular piece support the attribution.
