This is Bill Carroll’s press pass to NASA George C. Marshall Space Flight Center. Dated: 8/21/1984;
Representing: RIPLEY’s (aka “Ripley’s Believe it Or Not”, a popular TV show during the 1980s)
It was a popular American television series hosted by Jack Palance.
Bill Carroll (who is also my uncle) is a veteran Hollywood Production Manager and Unit director who has worked on prominent shows and films such as Frasier, Ice Pirates, Alice in Wonderland TV series and many others. In this instance he was at the NASA center as part of crew filming a segment for Ripley’s Believe It or Not.
So this is not only a NASA pass and space flight center history but also part of 1980’s television history!!!
The pass is in very good condition with minor creasing and wear showing.
