Guatemalan pre-Columbian three \"Comales\" cooking pots well used for display For Sale

Guatemalan Mesoamerican three clay cooking pots, or \"comales\" used to simmer black beans, prepare tamales, or roasting over an open fire. Stacked as a set, these are a remarkable piece of history!Provenance: Collection of my late aunt Joan Kennedy Connolly who lived in Guatemala 1960-1970\'s and, with permission and accolades from the government, ventured into the Guatemalan highlands and ruins to make rubber molds, then replica silk screens of stelae on paper and fabric. Her work can be found in online searches and even in a scene from the movie Black Swan! She worked with the late Joan Patten for a time. Her artwork was sold throughout Central American and Europe. She collected many pieces of pre-Columbian works; this is from her personal collection. I will be posting more pieces and of her art on paper and fabric as time allows.
