Early 18th century shoe buckles 1700-1720 For Sale

This sale is for one pair of early 18th century shoe buckles. Our Early 18th century Shoe Buckles are direct copies of our original (pictured) which dates from 1700-1720 and was found in the Netherlands. These feature the early Anchor style Chape and single prong. They accept a 1” wide strap and could also be used for breeches closures as well, although with their curved frame and single prong they were most likely designed as shoe buckles.
