Desert Finds-Silver, Gold & Copper Ore.
Since my boy was killed I walk certain deserts with an entrenching tool and a hammer searching for mine tailings from the WWI & WWII eras. Back then they kept solid gold and silver finds. They piled what seemed to need a lot of processing in piles called tailings. Mines were closed during the wars. And some folk, for various reasons, never came back. When I find the tailing piles I'm looking for, I weather the sun and heat and start digging and hammering. I keep what excites me and leave the rest. Circumstances have caused me to sell off some of it.
These three small chunks weigh in at 6.8 ounces and will ship in a 8"x5"x2" box.I've been driving around with these on my dash. They are very comely in the sun; a very handsome lot.Anyone who collects ore to view its gold, copper and silver will love these pieces.
