Antique Survey Document 1873 Maryland For Sale

Survey document from April 29th, 1873 in Wicomico county, Maryland. The surveyor is signed as Wm B. Records Surveyor and the land is surveyed for Sevino R. Dorman. On the upper left of the document is a large, colored symbol and is written "Meridian of 1873". Each border states the name of the neighboring land owner. In the lower right corner of the diagram there are drawings of a "marked pine" and a "post and stone corner". There are penciled notes and figures throughout the document. On the reverse, in pencil it appears to say "Wm L Sermario plat of "Dorman Farm" ", along with some numerical calculations. The document appears to be held together with tape from the back side. The size is approximately 8 1/2" x 10 1/4". Please search my other listings for lots of interesting stuff, thanks!
