Antique Robeson PocketEze Script Stamp Striped Glitter Equal End Pocket Knife For Sale

Antique traditional multi blade slipjoint utility pocket knife manufactured by the Robeson Cutlery Company. Stamped with the iconic Robeson ShurEdge flowing cursive script mark on the blade ricasso alongside the classic PocketEze model designation. The history of Robeson manufacturing features premium cutlery production in Perry New York where they patented the flush tang PocketEze design to prevent pocket wear. Based on the specific flowing script mark layout this antique knife dates to a manufacturing period spanning from 1916 through 1939. It has the cursive script on the tang. This equal end pattern features rare gold glitter christmas tree striped pattern synthetic celluloid handle scales accented by an inlaid oval silver shield bearing the PocketEze brand name. Please view the knife placed next to the measurement tool in the photographs for an approximate description of lengths.

The high carbon steel pen blades show a heavy dark naturally aged antique patina surface scratches and minor storage oxidation spots across both faces. The tool features solid structural assembly with tight blades and good mechanical spring tension on the small blade while the large blade is a bit lazy when opening and closing. It could just use a proper cleaning. The vibrant gold glitter and black striped celluloid handle scales are in good fully functional condition with no major chips or pin splits. Please inspect all close up photographs to verify the exact cosmetic state of this knife before buying.
