Antique Dazey No. 4, 4-quart hand-crank butter churn with the desirable red football-style gear housing.
Matching Dazey components—the metal lid is stamped “DAZEY CHURN / NO. 4 / 4 QT”, and the glass jar has embossed Dazey markings on the bottom.
Includes the glass jar, screw-on metal lid, red gear housing, hand crank with wooden handle, center shaft and wooden paddle/dasher assembly.
Measures approximately 12 inches tall overall.
Wonderful authentic farmhouse/kitchen collectible with attractive original age and patina. The red housing retains its original-looking finish with expected chips and wear. Metal surfaces have oxidation and finish loss consistent with age.
No restoration or repainting has been done.
