Here\'s an unused, excellent condition Siddur (Hebrew prayer book) for the entire year. What is unique about it is that it was published by UNRRA Ulm (Danube) Headquarters in Germany in Nov. 1946! It was in Munich in 1947 by the Sinai/Langer bros printing press who printed Jewish religious books for the H o l o c a u s t survivors.
The book is known as the Siddur Kol Bo and has 775 pages.
The printers have a memory page for people to put the names of their relatives who were murdered by the N a z i\'s and include the members of their family who perished at their hands.
The condition of this Siddur is almost mint, there is a slight tear on the margin of one page. There\'s also a stamp of the Religious Ministry of Israel who received this copy to give to the needy Sheerit Hapleita who came to Israel to rebuild their lives.
THIS IS A GREAT PIECE OF HISTORY TO OWN! THIS IS PERHAPS THE ONLY COPY OF ITS KIND THAT\'S IN SUCH PRISTINE CONDITION!
PS I did see someone selling a much worse copy for $3000 on the internet!!!
