Original circa 1930s–1940s courtesy pass issued by the Ocean Park Pier Amusement Corporation of Ocean Park, California. The pass is numbered 9 and was handwritten to “Walter.” It names Jefferson W. Asher as secretary and general manager and includes an additional handwritten authorization or signature across the lower portion.
Printed on thin orange paper with a liability statement concerning admission to and use of the amusement pier. This predates the later Pacific Ocean Park development and is an unusual surviving piece of early Ocean Park amusement history.
Good vintage condition with light toning, minor edge and corner wear, faint creasing, and some smudging to the handwritten entries. The reverse is blank, with the front printing faintly visible through the thin paper. Please review all photographs for exact condition.
