Original antique cabinet card photograph, dating to approximately 1895–1905, featuring a striking portrait of two young boys, likely brothers, dressed in period dresses. A classic turn-of-the-century image with excellent clarity and strong studio composition. This is perhaps the crispest, highest contrast antique photo I've ever had.
The photograph is notably crisp and well focused, with fine detail and pleasing tonal quality. The cabinet card mount measures approximately 5 × 7 inches, with the actual photograph measuring about 4 × 5.5 inches.
Photographer’s imprint reads Hy. Herecher, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Condition is very good to excellent for age, with light, expected wear to the mount and a clean, sharp image overall.
