Resolved that agreeably to the Petition of sundry
inhabitants of the City of Lancaster the Street Com-
missioner be & he is hereby directed to have that
part of the public alley leading from Water to Mulberry
Street & which is now occupied jointly by Michael
Carpenter & Henry Herbst opened by a removal of
any obstructions that may have been placed therein.
