Carved by Erik Nording himself, the handmade line of Nording pipes represent Nordingโs highest quality product. I believe this pipe was produced during the original run when pipes had a highest grade of 20. So itโs 15/20, which is preeeetty good!
Very lightly smoked, some light toothmarks on the stem, and ever so slightly ghosted with an inoffensive vanilla aromatic.
The thick walls of this pipe are accompanied by a larger chamber for a long, cool smoke. The sterling silver band around the oval shank is thick and in excellent condition. The stem features a briar ring around the saddle lending it another pop of color.
