Pages are very clean; no tears, smudges, or scribbles; colorful front and back fly leaves; slight ago toning (darkening) on the pages, hinges are secure. This book bears the old tab indexes for each catagory (slight age toning and rolled edges) - I would say this book was hardly used, as the spine is still so tight the book will not lay flat.
