View Larger Image   Buck Brothers Tanged Beveled Chisel 1.5 inch   Description: This is a very nice, 1.5" beveled tanged firmer chisel marked "BUCK CAST STEEL" on the steel, and the Buck logo also. The Buck Brothers stamp is a bit light, but there is enough there to confirm that it is a Buck Brothers chisel. This is a quality cast steel chisel from the early 1900's era. The steel section of this chisel alone is 6.2" long x 1-1/2" width, 11.5" long overall. This is a quality made chisel by well known quality tool maker in Millbury Mass. U.S.A.. There is some very minor pitting on it, but none in the cutting edge area that will cause any future sharpening problems, clean, sharp and ready to use. The hardwood handle fits well and is solid, some wear, no cracks, a good brass ferrule.
