This is a photo by dad purchased directly from Mr. Goldbeck in his office in San Antonio, TX. My father was a physician who lived a few blocks from Mr. Goldbeck's Studio.
The signature is a much larger signature than most on signed photos.
I also think this is a print from 1947 when it was taken. It is on very old paper and you can see from one of the photos in the bottom left corner it says in pencil "EG 134".
The prints from the original and on older paper makes it more valuable and much more rare.

It does have a scratch that looks like a paper cut on the top left portion of the paper print. I think this further shows it to be an earlier print because of what the print is on.
