One deck is sealed and has an original tax stamp. The other deck has been opened, but is complete. The cards have the No. 8535 "Provincial" design of peasant folk art, in a European/Dutch style. The vintage box is not original (different brand- Congress) and shows some wear/discoloration, but is useful to keep the cards together and protected. Cards are crisp.
