patagonia Patagonia/Encapsil Down Parka・Limited to 1000 pieces worldwide For Sale

The official name is Encapsil™ Down Belay Parka.

This is a special limited edition model released in 2013 to commemorate Patagonia\'s 40th anniversary, and as only 1,000 pieces (limited production with serial numbers) were produced worldwide, it is now considered a phantom model.

By applying Encapsil treatment (a silicone-based water repellent treatment using plasma treatment), which Patagonia independently developed at the time, it achieved a high performance of 1,000 fill power, which was unimaginable at the time.

This model is an official product sold in Japan, and was only worn 4 to 5 times after being purchased new and stored indoors.

There is some yellowing on the white shell around the hood, but the manufacturer has limited cleaning methods (see photo), and at the time there were no companies in Japan that could do that, so it was left as is.Currently, it seems that they have a proven track record of cleaning in Japan, so if you are interested, please do some research.

The rest of the shell fabric is in good condition, with no fraying, scratches, or fraying.

The down loft is also very rich and provides excellent heat retention.

This is a product that will never be available again, so please consider it.
