>Offeredhere for your consideration is a1996-dated STEVE PREFONTAINE limited edition Phone card, numbered #492/500!!Please see bothphotos, as they are an important part of my description. This rarely offered full-color vintage phone card measures approximately 3 3/8" x 2 1/8" and is super-glossy. The card features the late, great "Pre" in his 1972 Olympics uniform. The card says "Limited Edition" on the front, along with "Pre!". The card's reverse lists Prefontaine's name, with his year-of-birth and year-of-death. This defunct/inoperable phone card (no longer usable) mentions outdated telephone services such as "pager notification". The bottom/right corner states the year-of-issue as "9-96" (September 1996), and the card's number is #492 out of only500 made. This phone card featuring the ex-University of Oregon Ducks distance runner is one of the rarest collector cards ever produced for the iconic track and field star!
