The bottom item in your photo is a vintage Fenton Art Glass hobnail milk glass bell. It features a classic studded "hobnail" texture and is hand-painted with delicate pink roses, green leaves, and small floral accents. Many of these pieces from the Fenton collection were custom-painted by specific artists and are signed on the inside of the rim.

vintage Fenton amethyst purple glass mini bell with a heart-shaped handle. Part of Fenton's specialty collectible glass lines, it features a deeply grooved, ribbed pattern along the skirt and a distinct open-heart handle molded onto the top.
Fenton produced variations of these small 3.5-inch heart-handled bells primarily from the late 1980s into the 1990s. Some were left unadorned to accentuate the deep, translucent color under the light, while others served as canvases for hand-painted floral designs.
