Vintage QSL CB radio confirmation card for operator Harold E. Hogsed, callsign KOM-3709, of Box 481, Andrews, N.C. 28901 (Cherokee County). Card features a charming red line illustration of a boy fishing from a wheelchair by a mountain lake, captioned \'Wheel Chair Base.\' Notes \'Monitor 11\' and \'Channels 11, 15, 23, 9, 3, 7.\' Back is a standard unused Post Card format printed by CBC club, Lexington, N.C., with \'VIA KPF-1488\' handwritten in blue ink. A great collectible for CB radio and QSL card enthusiasts.
