Here is a great box 14x9x4 are the approximate dimensions . This is a wonderful victorian box, circa 1870-1890 range , the choice of the finest grained rosewood available at the time is evident in the construction of this ! Has normal wear , old surface probably original NO KEY , one nice touch is there are letters most dated towards the latter part of the 1890s , in general I believe they are between two friends as far as I know they have always been there, a cool touch, the box is as is as shown !
