- Offered here is a great pair of solid bronze bookends by the J. H. Judd Manufacturing Co. I have seen this marketed as Bobby Jones, the fantastic golfer of that era, but I have never seen an official title of these.
- Circa 1920s
- This pair is quite collectible and is in very good condition. See photos. The patina is excellent and there is no damage. Note: there is a pair of the man and woman Judd golfers listed that are badly damaged, and the seller says they are in perfect condition so be careful.
- On the backside they are marked Bronze B and numbered 9981.
- Per the 2006 collectors encyclopedia of bookends these are rated at a “5” for rarity.
- The bookends are 5 1/2 inches tall, 4 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches deep. The pair weigh 3 lbs. 10 oz.
