1962 Zippo Slim windproof lighter with a plain chrome case and no pictured advertising or name engraving. The narrow silver-tone case has reflective edges and extensive fine scratches across both faces, with additional edge wear and small dark spots. The base carries the Zippo script mark; the smaller surrounding marks are worn. Photos show the case open and closed plus the removable insert, stamped lettering, striker wheel, cam, wick area, felt pad and screw. The insert is rubbed and the chimney and felt area are darkened. This listing is for one photographed lighter with its insert. Fuel and function have not been tested, so the presence of the insert does not establish successful ignition, a sustained flame or readiness for use.
