1981 Scottish Rite 32nd Degree certificate — issued by Seattle Consistory, Valley of Seattle, Orient of Washington. Identifies William D. Searles as a Master of the Royal Secret, 32°.
1981 Shriners / Nile Temple certificate — issued by the Imperial Council of the Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine, Nile Temple, Seattle, Washington.
1970 Eureka Lodge No. 20 F.&A.M. Life Member certificate — issued in Seattle, Washington, recognizing thirty years of lodge membership.
1984 Master Masons Club of Snohomish & Island Counties Life Member certificate — connected to Eureka Lodge No. 20 and the Masonic Park Trust Fund, Granite Falls, Washington.
