Lovely White (Celery, Pale Turquoise) Featherweight from 1968/69.
What makes this Featherweight one of the rarest in my collection is the original Red, White and Blue Patriotic Case.
This IS an original Singer Case and it still has the Singer tag attached. Less than 15 of these cases have ever been documented.
The machine is a gorgeous Pale Turquoise Featherweight manufactured in around 1968/69 (factory records are poor for this time period).
The case was a special, It is a similar pattern to the common Green and Cream case, but is made from higher quality materials and has a different latch - that locks.
The machine comes from my personal collection and has been freshly serviced with a new SuperBelt and LED Bulb.
This is one of the last white featherweights manufactured and it has the “maintenance free” motor which does not need lubricants. As a result the only regular maintenance the machine requires is oiling.
Included is an original box of attachments.
