Up for sale is a lovely 3-piece vintage breakfast serving set produced by the renowned Westmoreland Glass Company in their classic "Old Quilt" pattern (Line 500). Molded in a clean, glossy opaque white milk glass, this textured pattern features high-relief checkerboard square and diamond geometries that resemble a tufted antique quilt.
This lot includes a complete round covered sugar bowl with its original pointed finial lid, a matching individual cream pitcher, and an open companion dish that functions perfectly as an open sugar bowl, waste bowl, or table spooner.
The creamer and the open sugar bowl are in flawless vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or damage. The large covered sugar bowl has two very tiny "flea bite" nicks along the edge, roughly the size of a pinhead. They are minor, purely cosmetic, and do not impact the structure or display value of the piece. Close-up photos highlighting these areas with a tiny eyeglass screwdriver are included in the picture gallery so you can buy with confidence.
