A beautiful antique Wedgwood majolica pitcher or jug
Dating to about 1880-1890 from an old estate from northern New Jersey. Pitcher is decorated
with ocean themed raised shells and seaweed and a three dimensional shell thumb hold on top of handle.
Beautiful glaze incorporates red, brown, yellow, gray on the body and handle. The inside is glazed in a vibrant turquoise.
