The kanji on this is a cursive style and so difficult to read. Top text includes 武士 "Warrior". In the 2 symbol brooch the top is 歩 "infantry" the 2nd symbol is likely an abbreviation for battalion or regiment. I have showed this cup to native Japanese speakers and the best reading I can get for the bottom is 祈念皇恩 "praying for the Emperor's grace". Base mark reads 洙越 this is likely the name of a kiln that has been lost to time.
