- Front Cover: Missing entirely.
- Back Cover: Present, but detached and currently held on with tape.
- Interior Pages: The paper is extremely brittle with pieces missing from the edges. Because of its fragile nature, I am not handling or turning the pages to avoid causing further damage. I did turn some to take photos, but I do not know if it is page-complete.
- Defects: There is some coloring/crayon markings on the interior pages.
