This heavy-duty scabbard was originally produced for vehicular transport (Jeeps, armored cars, trucks) to safeguard the BAR during movement.Markings:
The end cap features a beautifully crisp, deeply struck factory stamp:D-6065 / BOYT / -43-. The lettering and date are 100% legible, making this an ideal piece for advanced militaria displays.Condition Details:

• Leather:In remarkable, top-tier condition. The vegetable-tanned leather retains a beautiful, uniform honey-brown patina.
