kilt measures 40 waist but can reduce down to 38 if two buckles are moved in. 25 inch long.
it's been worn but has no damage or repairs.
the buckles and straps are original and the leather supple. use shield black liquid to restore the finish. I have not done this so the buyer can see the originality.
