This is a collection of original vintage postcards from World War I, specifically from Camp McClellan, Alabama, as well as a few other vintage postcards. The postcards capture the theme of militaria and were produced in the United States during the early 20th century. These historical pieces offer a unique glimpse into the events and experiences of the war, making them a valuable and sought-after collectible for history enthusiasts and collectors alike.
Postcards were sent from a soldier at Camp McClellan to his parents. Some cards have no writing, see photos. Another card features the Peabody College in Nashville. Another is the Alabama Hotel, and another is a Thanksgiving card from that era.
Seven of the postcards have vintage 2 cent stamps on them.

Ten have 2 cent stamps, two have been addressed but none have writing on the back. Two other cards have Liberty 3 cent stamps and have typing on the back (one is to Key West Tours). Two others have Lincoln 4 cent stamps, cards unused. Two others have Lincoln 5 cent stamps, cards unused. One other is from 1947 and has a 1 cent Jefferson stamp, card was written on and mailed.Photos available.
