items page WETA Workshop Lord of the Rings The Hobbit Radagast 1:6 Scale Classic Series Polystone Statue
Among the five Istari™ who were sent to Middle-earth™, there was Radagast, a Wizard whose heart was given not to the affairs of Men, Elves, or Dwarves, but to the untamed wilds and the creatures that dwelled therein. A guardian of the natural world, Radagast wandered far from the paths of civilization, finding solace in the songs of birds, the whispers of trees, and the companionship of beasts.Every detail of this statue reflects an extraordinary level of precision and character likeness. Our artists have meticulously recreated Radagast’s unique features, from his wild mane and weathered robes to the subtle nuances of his enigmatic expression. The statue is a testament to our dedication to authenticity, with costume details faithfully rendered from direct references to the actual physical costume worn in the films. This commitment to accuracy ensures that each Radagast statue not only represents the Wizard’s appearance but also captures the essence of his character. Perfectly scaled at 1:6, this statue brings Radagast’s presence to life with stunning realism and artistic flair, making it an essential piece for any collector.

This was a wonderful challenge for Dan, because I pushed and pushed and pushed him to find that beautiful charm that you see in [the actor’s] performance—the slight tilt of the head, and of course, the bird dung down the side of his beard… All things that we wanted to get right in this sculpture, and I feel that Dan did a beautiful job
