Vintage Rosbro Halloween Hard Plastic Zook Clown on Wheeled Cart Candy Container
Looks like it might have the original pull string. Has some yellowed glue in the hat area. One wheel has a crack and the tabs that hold the front axle in place are halfway broken on each side. The axle cannot be snapped in, but can still be displayed by setting the axle where it would normally go. It could also be taped in place from the bottom. It has some issues but displays well.
