Vtg Norleans Girl Green Bows Sitting On Victorian Chair Gold Trim Figurine Japan For Sale

This is a vintage Norleans girl in a light blue dress with a green bodice and bows, sitting in a big light pearly blue and white chair with fancy gold trim. There is a small pink rose at her waist, and she is holding pink and white flowers. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs…very good condition. There is a funny place on her arm…I think she came this way from the factory. Please see photos. This sweet girl is almost 4 1/2” tall and 4 1/2” wide, and has a Norleans Japan label on the bottom.
