Vintage 2016 Lemax Signature Collection Noel’s Christmas Shoppe, item #65154. This Christmas village building was a Michaels Exclusive and features a detailed holiday storefront with Christmas decorations, wreaths, sleigh, and illuminated windows.
New Old Stock (NOS) — appears unused and remains secured in the original Styrofoam packaging with the factory strap still in place. Includes original box, Styrofoam packaging, and instructions. The outer box shows some storage/shelf wear, including edge and corner wear, as shown in photos.
Because the original packaging remains secured, the building has not been removed or tested.
