In excellent condition & was displayed in a closed china closet.GORCH FOCK, was the German naval training ship. The current Gorch Fock was launched in 1958, so this stein was probably made around the 1990's.
Bottom of stein indicates: "Domex Made in Germany" - Domex is a German maker/decorator of beer steins and souvenirs.
