Pre-owned, tested and working appears to be a 3-stage dimmer but i did not have a dimmer bulb. Some very light scraping on some parts of the ceramic, bases have light scratches and dust. Overall, could use a good deep cleaning. Will come with harps, but they were too tall to photograph on! Stands just about 23in tall without harp and base is about 6in wide.
