Vintage BRONZE STATUE FIGURINE Handmade India NUDE WOMAN MUSICIAN Lost Wax Cast

Size 6\" high x 2.5\" wide, has an oval base [attached] of 2.25\" x 1.75\"

Features a graceful and very lovely lady musician in a dance pose, holding a drum. She is nude on top, and wearing a thong-type garment below. She is not graphically or gratuitously nude.

Solid bronze with a hollowed bronze base. Completely handmade traditional Indian folk-art piece. Amazing expression and tiny detailing.

Age of this piece could be anywhere from the early-mid 1900s to approx. the 1960s, when this type of traditional Art form began to be made less and less due to time requirements, costs, and lack of skilled Artisans

Excellent condition, No scratches, no damage of any kind. On the base to the left of her left foot is a small hole, which is part of the casting process and not damage. Very small and minor. There are some slight variances in metal tone which is a result of the hand cast method and adds charm.
